
Payment Terms
Invoices can be accessed via the ClassManager Portal App, available for download from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Please log in using your registered email address and follow the password reset instructions where necessary.
Upon enrolment, you will be invoiced for the remaining lessons up to the end of the academic year. For example, if you enrol in September, your invoice will cover approximately 38–39 weeks. If you enrol later in the academic year, the total will be adjusted accordingly. All fees are calculated through to July (the end of the academic year) and are then divided into monthly instalments. Please note that, although the full annual balance will be visible on your account, payment in full is not required upfront.
Following enrolment, you will receive a secure link to provide your card details. Once submitted, your monthly payment amount will be calculated by dividing the total outstanding balance for the academic year by the number of months remaining until July. For example, if the total annual fee is £100 and you enrol in January, the monthly payment would be £14.28 (£100 divided by seven months).
Payments will be requested on the 25th of each month. In the event that you choose to withdraw from the Academy, one month’s notice is required, and a final month’s fee will be charged.
If a payment is unsuccessful, a £1.25 + VAT administration fee will be applied to cover processing charges incurred.
Monthly payments secure your child’s place in their class, as many classes operate with waiting lists. Refunds or credits are not offered for missed classes due to holidays or illness. However, if a class is cancelled by the Academy, a credit will be applied to your account and deducted from your next invoice.
Should you leave King’s Dance Academy with any remaining unallocated credit on your account, this will be refunded upon receipt of your bank details.
