How do I pay for classes?

We use Direct debits for class payments. Direct debits offer you a convenient and hassle-free way to pay for your dance classes. Instead of worrying about making manual payments every month, direct debits allow you to automate your payments, ensuring that you never miss a payment and your classes are never interrupted.

You will notice that the direct debit is over 12 months, this doesn’t mean that classes are on all year round. What does it mean is that your monthly outgoing will be less because the payment is spread over 12 months. For example; if your child’s fees is £6.60 a week you will be paying £26.40 a month. By spreading the cost over 12 months, the fee then becomes £21.45 a month. If your child adds or drops classes the direct debit will be adjusted as necessary.

Convenience: With direct debits, you don’t have to worry about remembering to make your payment each month. The payment will be automatically deducted from your chosen bank account, saving you time and effort.

Timely Payments: Direct debits ensure that your payment is made on time, preventing any late fees or penalties that may be incurred if you forget to make your payment.

Budgeting Made Easy: By setting up direct debits, you can easily plan and budget your monthly expenses, knowing that your dance class payment will be taken care of without any manual intervention.

Should you have any questions or need assistance with completing the form, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.

Please note that by signing up for direct debits, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:

  1. The direct debit authorization will remain in effect until you provide us with written notice of cancellation. alongside with one months fees.
  2. You authorize King’s Dance Academy to collect the agreed upon monthly fee for your dance classes from the bank account provided.
  3. If a payment is missed or fails, you will be responsible for any fees or charges that may be incurred.
